Located in the heart of Park City, you are conveniently located to everything you need for your stay. 5 minute walk to the lower base at PCMR where 3 lifts are located. 1 minute walk to ski rentals/ski shop. 1 minute walk to the summer season pool and 2 year round hot tubs. 2 minute walk to the grocery store. 1 minute walk to three different free shuttle stops. 2 minute walk to two Starbucks locations. 10 minute walk to Lower Main Street.

First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Great property overall.
FYI, it's an 8 min walk to Park City Base, quite close to Fresh Market, and walkable to downtown Park City in 18 min.

Exactly as advertised.. the property was very clean with lots of room.Communication with manager was a breeze.Great location.

This is a great spot for a family ski trip. Close to everything, plenty of amenities. Top bunks do have a safety rail but are tricky to get into for the younger ones. Great place for two families with 4 kids or a multigenerational family. We’ll definitely stay here again.
