Welcome to our charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom ski chalet, nestled among the beautiful pines and aspens, just minutes from the base of Park City Mountain. Perfect for families or groups of up to 10, this cozy retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, with easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, and year-round outdoor activities.
The chalet features a luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and serene forest views. A second spacious bedroom also includes a king bed and its own private bathroom, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. The third bedroom, designed with families or friends in mind, sleeps six with three twin-over twin bunk beds, creating the perfect space for relaxation after a day of adventure. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom for added convenience.
The large living area, complete with a cozy fireplace and stunning mountain views from the expansive windows, is perfect for gathering together after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed at the large dining table or the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the private deck to take in the fresh mountain air, whether with a morning cup of coffee or an après-ski drink.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV with streaming services, ski storage, a washer and dryer, free parking for multiple vehicles, and a welcoming fireplace to keep things warm and cozy during winter evenings. Nestled in a coveted Park City location, this condo is situated on a peaceful, quiet street that culminates at the base of the ski resort. This serene setting offers both privacy and convenience, with easy access to the mountain just steps away.
Perfectly positioned just a 5-minute walk from two different ski lift access points at the lower base of Park City Mountain Resort. Head in one direction to easily clip into your skis and glide down to the First Time, Three Kings, or Eagle lifts. Or, take a 5-minute walk in the other direction to quickly reach the Silver Star lift (snow conditions permitting). This prime location offers unmatched convenience for your skiing adventure!
Just a short walk from the condo, you`ll find the free Park City bus stop, which provides easy transportation to the main base of the resort. There, you`ll have access to ski school, a variety of dining and shopping options, and your choice of the Crescent or PayDay lifts for a full day on the slopes.
Parking:
Guests have access to one indoor parking spot in a shared garage, suitable for a car or small SUV. Additionally, there is one outdoor driveway parking space available, which can accommodate larger vehicles.

Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Good location to silver star lift, probably 3-4 min walk to lift with ski boots, really pretty easy walk and the lift was not busy. Great ski shop right next to lift to trial demos. Nice little village that was low key and not busy. Felt very private. These is a black diamond where you can ski almost to condo. The condo was very clean and plenty room for family 9. The bunk room was nice for teens. Kitchen very well stocked. Communication with rental agents easy and quick. The ski shop will let you store your boats and skis for a fee but the condo has click and boat closet. I would stay hear agin for sure.
