About this house rental
Very cozy lower unit of a duplex tucked in the Aspens on the Park City Ski Mountain. Our private level road ends at the finish line of the 2002 Olympic venues. Walk approx. 250 yards along our level road then Ski down to the Eagle, 3 Kings and First Time chairlift.Reverse the procedure and glide back 250 yards to the condo on a good snow day or walk 250 yards back to the condo. Only 400 yards from the Silver Star chair lift and ticket office. In the summer, Park City boasts over 400 miles of trails and is the first Gold Level Ride Center granted by the IMBA. Our condo is right next to several fantastic trail heads for hiking or biking. For more summer fun within a short walk, is the Alpine Slide, Alpine Coaster and other mini amusement rides. Our condo is also only 400 yards from the 3 kings bus stop (blue line #3), featuring a fabulous free bus line. The bus arrives every 20 minutes and runs from 8 am to midnight. With this great bus service, a car is not necessary to get to shopping, ski resorts (Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley), restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets and recreation centers. If you decide to bring a car, we have parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway.

Our 4-night stay was amazing! The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking mountain views from every window and deck. Great proximity to hiking trails as well as shopping/dining in downtown Park City. It was the perfect spot for 6 of us to stay while visiting Park City for a family wedding. In addition, communication with the host was excellent - she was very friendly and attentive. We loved every minute and definitely hope to return!

We had a wonderful time at the Cabana! Katie & Luke’s home is beautiful, and very large. Our group of friends (9 adults) traveled to Park City for a long weekend and the Cabana was the perfect haven when we weren’t skiing. The kitchen is very well stocked, and had all the essentials! The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure you have anything and everything you may need, including extra toiletries if anything is left at home. Short walk to the hill, and there is garage parking for a small SUV, in addition to driveway parking for an additional vehicle if necessary. Will definitely keep this property in my mind when I am back in Park City!
