A spacious 4 bedroom home located in the well-positioned community of Tuscan Ridge. With a secluded feel surrounded by citrus and pine forest, yet less than 25 minutes from Disney World, Dolcetto Den is a superb base for your visit to Orlando. West facing pool and hot tub. Recent interior repaint.
The cozy living area has comfortable new sofas and looks out to the pool deck. Cable television and high speed Wi-Fi included.
The generously-sized kitchen has all of the cooking equipment and utensils required for catering for your family. There is a cozy breakfast nook for a quick bite, or formal dining area to share a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors under the covered shady area?
The screened pool deck is a peaceful oasis offering privacy and expansive views over conservation woodland. The freeform west-facing pool is a great size and there are plenty of loungers to spend the whole day enjoying the Florida sunshine. Then dip into the bubbling spa and watch the sun set. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost - please enquire.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed and luxurious ensuite with double sinks, garden bathtub, walk-in shower plus separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space as well as access to the pool deck. Off the main living space, there is a delightful double bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, and two colorful twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Towels and linens are provided, together with laundry facilities for your convenience.
Furthermore, a games room with pool table and foosball provides for hours of entertainment.
The Tuscan Ridge community is located off Hwy 27 close to a large Publix supermarket. Disney World is less than 25 minutes drive. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the road and also offers a tennis court for guest use.
