Welcome to this charming and spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in the beautiful community of Calabay Parc.
Calabay Parc is located just minutes to a grocery store, restaurants, golfing and a short drive to all the theme parks.

When you enter the home you will find a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room and the master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom.
Head upstairs to the second master suite with private en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are also located upstairs.

Highlights of this lovely home is the South facing private pool and spa which can be heated in the cooler months for an extra charge and provides a safety fence for the little ones. There is also a BBQ outside available to use. Keep the family entertained with the games room in the garage featuring a pool table, air hockey and foosball.
Surf the Free WiFi throughout the home and stream your favorite shows on one of the 8 TV's.
