The manager was accessable but not intrusive.Quite good facility.Good location
There was no cleaner assigned i had to pay extra to get my apartment cleaned by cleaners assigned to other apartments

NO BREAKFAST ATTACHED TO MY BOOKING. LOCATION WAS VERY NICE. RECEPTION VERY WARM . NEEDED INFORMATION PROVIDED BEFORE ARRIVAL. MR MENSHAC OUR HOST WAS QUITE EXEPTIONAL. ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST.
WOULD LOVE FOR BREAKFAST TO BE ATTACHED TO THE BOOKING LIKE THE OTHER BOOKING I MADE AT SAME LOCATION, ROSE GARDEN. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FACILITY SHOULD ENSURE HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE FOR BATH 24/7. HOT WATER RUNS OUT SOMETIMES AND CAN BE QUITE UNPLEASANT. OTHER COLLEAGUES IN OTHER WING OF THE FACILITY AT RODE GARDEN ALSO COMPLAINED OF SAME.

The apartment was very big and comfortable and very clean.
Local restaurants close by with great food.
Our Host Meshac was brilliant, very attentive and took us around to see different parts of Rwanda, his now part of our family.
The property owner was easy to communicate with and also gave us alot of information about Rwanda and also made us feel like we were at home in his apartment.
Highly recommend this place and we will be back.
Not really a big problem for us but some people might find this annoying but the toilet door in the corridor doesn't lock, the mirror cabinets in the bathrooms don't open due to the shaver socket being in the way. The water accumulates on opposite end of the shower drain.
