Rooms are spacious.

The inner doors need some attention. The one to the bathroom in room 103 does not lock and the one to the bedroom is very noisy to close.

Cheap price - a very good price for the island, and a good value. Though it is located almost 1 mile from the ferry and town center, it is in a quiet neighborhood, far from the noise of downtown, a few blocks from the fishy stink of the waterfront, and a safe distance from Crackhead Alley. The entrance gate is locked every evening (guests have the key), but we had no issues walking around day or night. Stayed in the 2 bedroom with kitchenette. Clean tile floors Large living space with couch, TV, mini-breakfast bar, small kitchen, picnic table Big rooms with closet shelves Large queen sized beds. Clean sheets. Decent water pressure, hot water. Mid-sized fridge took a while to get cold, but then worked well. Wi-Fi worked. Ceiling fans in each room. Good A/C with remotes in each bedroom. Decent sound proofing; we did not hear other guests.

Located about a 20 minute walk from the center of town/ferry terminal. I think the golf cart taxis charged $15 or $20 to go out there. I don't remember exactly because we never took a taxi. We walked everywhere (despite the July heat). Only the bedrooms had A/C, so the living space, kitchen, and bathroom were hot. Beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were too stuffed/ high. Inside the bathroom, there was a step up to the toilet/shower from the entry where the sink is. I tripped on it a few times. The bathroom floor was a smooth stone aggregate composition which wasn't very kind to my city feet. Bath towels were small, thin, and rough, but clean. Shower curtain was too short and kept drifting into me while I was showering. The outside stairs to the second floor were very narrow with cement posts on each side at the top. It made it a little difficult to carry luggage up and down. The bedroom curtains were not blackout curtains; the sheer orange material did not block the sunlight. The yard was just a cement path across a dirt lot with some picnic tables under a tarp. Each room has one source of lighting - a ceiling light controlled by a wall switch. The kitchen appliances were old, and the kitchen was not very well equipped (2 or 3 of each type of dish /silverware item) Few TV channels. We did not see any bikes, nor were we offered any. None of these things were deal breakers, but they are the reason for the low price. This is a basic stay for those who plan to be out and about and just need a place with separate rooms, A/C, and a minimal kitchen. As such, it was a great value, especially when you consider how large the rooms are. I would definitely stay here again.
