It is in a great location
It could have been a little more updated also no bedspread or quilt just sheets . Not very clean going up the stairs to the rooms .

Our maid was excellent! AC was awesome
Need to do basic painting and fix bad spots in rooms. Provide blanket for bed without having to ask for one. No hair dryer in room. Killed a large cockroach on my second night. Very noisy from outside traffic and neighbors dog every morning.
