Mondello luxury villa con piscina

The villa is located within a well looked after gated community. We felt safe at all times. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a very spacious newly built house extension with the sliding doors openning up to the swimming pool. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 tables and chairs outside, an outdoor shower. The pool and the garden have got lights that you can switch on when it gets dark, it looked really nice. The kitchen has got everything you might need, including a coffee machine. The furnishing of the villa is beautiful throughout and up to a high standard. All of the appliances were working. I used the washing machine a couple of times, it was straightforward. The pool is massive, we spent a lot of time in it. It was well maintained and cleaned twice a week. A special thank you to the lovely owner who we had a pleasure to meet one day. She went out of her way and bought a new broadband router so that we could connect the laptop to wifi and work remotely for 2 weeks. Another massive thank you is to the villa manager Marco. He was fanstastic! If we had any questions or small issues, we texted him on Whatsapp. He was very responsive and sorted out everything very quickly. When we arrived to Palermo airport, I was keeping in touch with Marco via Whatsapp. We let him know the time of our arrival and he met us at the barrier where you enter the gated development. After that our car number plate was recognised and the barrier was openning by the security guard automatically every time we came in or were leaving the development, without any issues. Mondello beach is a short 10 mins drive. I recommend one paid car park by the beach, it is just across the road from the big ferris wheel, put in Google "Parking Mondello". It closes at 3am and has got a security guard. Some other car parks nearby we used were closing at 7pm. The 2 convenient supermarkets nearby that we used all the time were Famila and Eurospar (which I preferred).

die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in einem schönen Villenviertel gelegen. Die Vermietfirma ist sehr gastfreundlich und praktisch jederzeit per whatsapp erreichbar. Der Pool ist sehr gross und für eine Familie ist die Unterkunft perfekt (3 Schlafzimmer und mehr als genügend Platz vorhanden rund um das Haus. Das Villenquartier ist durch eine bewachte Schranke abgesperrt und das Quartier innerhalb dieser Schranke ist ziemlich gross. Deshalb ist es etwas mühsam, jedesmal hinein- und wieder hinaus zu fahren. Je nach Lage im Quartier hat man jedesmal mind. 3 Minuten bis man überhaupt aus dem Quartier oder wieder im Haus ist. Dafür kann man eine wunderschöne Natur und absolute Ruhe im Quartier geniessen. Mit einem Mietvelo hat man nur 5 Minuten zum Strand von Mondello

die Infrastruktur ist nicht mehr die Neuste und man merkt es auch am leichten Innengeruch der Villa (hat vermutlich auch mit dem Pool zu tun). Der Backofen war nicht gereinigt und es hatte Fett an den Gitterstäben
