Great property
The listing states facilities that simply don't exist like hot tub/jacuzzi, board games and plenty of other stuff. Urine smell as noted in other review is still there.

it is very clean and spacious and very close to the beach. The owner was cooperative and clear.
we had a slight issue with the hot water on the second night, but it was resolved within 2 hours and the property owner was cooperative and responded.
