Second time we stayed here. All good. Owners are very nice.
Just next to the shopping mall.
2 or 3 minutes car drive from city center and Science Park which is amazing.
Very very spacious. Clean and comfortable. Very good for families.
Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Granada.
The upstairs bathroom may have a plumbing problem since sometimes it smells a little.
Apparently, Spanish law demands a lot of information from tourists. Beware. They will ask for pictures of your documents when filling an online form. (This doesn't seem to be an issue of this apartment, but a general rule).
All else was fine.

Convenient location close to family, shopping centre & tram. Good size property with multiple bathrooms. Comfortable living space. Good AC, kept us cool when at the property. Amenities listed all available. Good communication & easy to access. Great for a group stay.
Some generally tired aspects to the property but this is reflected well in the value.
