Muy bien ubicado fuera del centro. Está junto al centro comercial Nevada lo que hace que no necesites coger el coche. Lugar tranquilo y estratégico si quieres coger el tranvía para desplazarte al centro o coger la autovía e ir a Sierra Nevada.
El garaje es estrecho y si llevas un coche tipo berlina rozarás seguro el morro del coche.

Zona con respecto al centro comercial muy buena. Casa amplia
Seguridad las tinas no tenía antideslizante mi madre se cayó y no pudimos salir un día. No solucionaron. No internet 😭NO WIFI ni Televisión desde principio y le escribimos y nada. Pongan un Mensajería de IA y no solucionaba solo se disculpaba. pocos aires acondicionados y no refrescaban suficientemente el calor.
