ibis budget Singapore Gold

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close to lots of eateries. MRT stations are 10 mins walk away. Very clean. Good wifi and AC.

Room was very small yet it was called a deluxe twin. Overpriced.

Excellent room layout... I took a twin bed room. The lighting was exceptional. The mirror was a girls dream mirror. The bed was comfortable. Ample desk space ..bag space, and there was a mini fridge and a safe. The air conditioning was exceptional, and the toilet was so well designed. The shower was so powerful that u could have a water massage. The soap was for hair body and hand and was very good indeed for the hair. Everything was put in place. No bottled water, but to my surprise, there was premium filtered water in the bathroom... exceptional thought for the environment. There was tea and coffee with a kettle. Hair dryer placed in front of dressing g mirror..how clever! Everything is perfect for a good stay.. The place outside had all.kinds of cuisine around in walking distance. A reflexology place in front. Durian lovers haven 💖 Incidentally 2 spacious lifts were available. Staff was exceptionally lovely and helpful.

Nothing

Everything’s great about it and it’s in close proximity to the central areas and the airport via the MRT (10 min walk from Al Junaid station).

Slightly small but this is very typical for Singapore.

Straight of the back, this is a budget hotel. Do not go with the expectation of a 3/4star, you do get what you pay for. We had a double room which was comfortable, was it excellent no, but if you are a tourist and you want a place with a safe for your passport, a shower and a comfortable bed then this place is ok. It is on a busy road, and taxis have trouble stopping by the place. Our room whilst had a window had a view of a roof, but didn’t mind it gave us privacy and light, some rooms don’t have windows. No breakfast was on offer, we just headed to mrt and found somewhere, there are lots of options. If you want a place for a drink in the evening go to Fujiwara Tofu it’s quirky but a good place for a beer or Japanese food, or there is a Vietnamese place on the other side of the road, amazing food and open 6pm to 6am (yes that’s right) for buffet food and beers. The hotel does have luggage storage, however we only saw luggage in the lobby with padlocks, but at least it was being watched

The room did have a sewerage smell when the aircon was off, but quickly remedied. Housekeeping didn’t refresh the room til 5. But that’s about it
