My third time staying here which should say enough. What I will cover in this review is the transportation in and out of Les Bossons. A short walk from the chalet you have the bus stop but even more convenient is the Mont Blanc train… this goes from Saint Gervais to Vallorcine and departs Les Bossons each hour… As a skier I used it to go to Les Houches, Saint Gervais and Flegere… as well as frequent trips to Chamonix. You can go to Vallorcine (Le Tour) and Grand Montets… Anyway, the location of the chalet and access to transport is spot on. Enjoy!

Spacious for two people. Good kitchen/dining area. Cutlery pots, pans kettle etc all provided. A few steps down at the entrance. The accommodation is under the owners Chalet. The owners are a delightful couple. Tidy shower room. We were off climbing much of the time and needed a comfy base between peaks. The cost of this property in Sept, was little more than camping and a whole lot better. Parking on the property. Fantastic view of Mont Blanc as we stepped out of the car.

Joel's chalet is a nice place for staying in the Chamonix valley. The windows open to a nice view of the mountains (note that the room is actually towards the backside of the chalet, the photos might give a different impression). Clean and tidy, the chalet had all the basic amenities for cooking meals. Bring your own linen/towels if you don't want to pay an extra 15-25 euros though. Also, bring your own toiletries. Regarding connectivity, there is a bus stop a short 5 minute walk away, with connections to the city centre every 30 minutes. The train station is also close to the bus stop with the Mont Blanc express running through it every hour. Overall, a very calm, peaceful place. Recommended!

Joel’s studio is cosy and clean with a well equipped kitchen and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers - even from bed! Joel and his wife were welcoming and responsive. Location is great - easily accessible by bus, train or a slightly longer (~45 min) walk into Chamonix, but very peaceful and far from the business of town centre. Bring towels and eye masks if light sleepers (curtains are very thin).

Simple, clean studio in a quiet location with easy parking. Great for 2 or 3 people, may be a little crowded for 4. Owner very nice and approachable and ready to help with advice ( public transport, markets, etc.) if asked. Will certainly book again for a long weekend stay and use it as a base to further explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Bossons. The accommodation was ideal, with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The scenery is superb, lovely and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix yet within a sort free bus ride of the centre. Joel was very kind to meet us at the bus station in Chamonix and his wife dropped us to the bus station to get out coach back to Geneva. The accommodation is very well equipped for cooking with a large fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster etc - ideal. Many thanks for your hospitality. We hope to return.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped. It is very convenient to get to the ski areas by train, which is a 10-minute walk from the house. Joel is a very friendly owner. He was a great help on the first day, took me to the supermarket in his car!

It was an really nice place to be, Mr Joel's family very nice and friendly, studio room was more than a family would want with everything you need, lovely location with glaciers facing the chalet, close to chamonix city and easy access to area by car or public transport. I will definitely revisit as my self an family felt welcome and we had relaxing time.All in all I strongly recommend booking and staying, words can't do justice to describe it and I suggest be the next to live an one time life experience.

Clean, well maintained and equipped compact studio that has enough space for two adults and two children. Within 2-3 miles of centre of Chamonix with a ski bus that just stops outside. Property has free parking available and is situated in a very picturesque area Would defiantly stay again.
