About this villa rental
Our house Baia Verde guarantees guests 10/10 in privacy and comfort. The large bright spaces, associated to silence and direct contact with nature, offer guests the opportunity to regenerate and enjoy total relaxation. For any information we are always available at plus three nine (italian prefix) / three four eight seven zero six one four four zero
The house is located in a very quiet tourist village which provides essential services (bars, markets, pizzerias, restaurants). It is also possible to purchase a daily/weekly pass for the shared public swimming pool of the village. In the area there are numerous suggestive beaches that are worth visiting (Piscinas, Ingurtosu) and many typical landscapes in which to go hiking. The house is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family looking for memorable moments to capture!
The house was designed and built in an eco-sustainable way and the rooms have a perfect temperature (cool in summer and warm in winter), without the aid of air conditioning devices. The verandas have been built in a strategic position and the outdoor spaces have been designed to take advantage of the most of the outdoors and the panorama: breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors, tasting good Sardinian wine in front of a splendid sunset. In the village there is a swimming pool, 150 meters from the house, external service with a small supplement.
The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people (maximum).
The house consists of:
- double room;
- second bedroom with double bed;
- living room;
- dining area with double sofa bed;
- bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle;
- second bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking.
- Internal accessories: TV, barbecue, drying rack, complete equipment for cooking, water reserve and washing machine.
- External accessories: garden furniture, barbecue and external shower, equipped covered and panoramic veranda, parking.
- Supplements: Linen available with supplement (15 euros per person per week) with weekly change. Free Wi-Fi internet service up to a maximum of 30Gb, beyond which a supplement of 50 euros will be applied for a 50Gb package.

It was a very nice stay at Sonias/Silvio's house. The house is lovingly furnished and attention was paid to details. The garden was beautiful and has everything you need. The wonderful big beach in Torre is a dream and a perfect holiday is possible here. Thank you very much for this lovely welcome.
