Immerse yourself in the magic of Sardinia by renting our vacation home nestled in the countryside, with a view of the Portixeddu dunes and just 700 meters from one of Italy’s most enchanting beaches. The house is surrounded by a lush, fenced-in garden; guests have access to approximately 2,500 square meters of space, perfect for relaxing in the shade of our private grove or on the veranda, admiring the beauty of the dunes and enjoying complete tranquility and privacy. You’ll have access to private parking and a barbecue area. Inside, you’ll find a cool and comfortable environment thanks to air conditioning in every room. The open-concept living room is furnished with high-quality modern furniture and features a TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and stovetop. In the bedrooms, you’ll find comfortable beds, closets, and dressers; the bathroom features a hydromassage shower for moments of pure relaxation. Additionally, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer, as well as everything you need for your stay, including a supply of fresh linens and towels. For those who need to stay connected, the house offers Wi-Fi. Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the house; smokers may use the spacious veranda. The house provides a low-allergen environment and is equipped with all safety features required by current regulations.

Located near spectacular beaches, the beaches of Portixeddu and San Nicolò—which are spacious and ideal for walks and surfing—are just a minute’s drive away. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can visit Cala Domestica, a spectacular bay with crystal-clear waters, also accessible via a scenic trail. Scivu, one of the wildest beaches in the area, features golden sand dunes. Combining history and nature, Buggerru offers an intriguing mining heritage (such as the **Henry Tunnel**), while the surrounding area is perfect for excursions in the Sardinian Geomining Park. **Strategic Location** – Although secluded, the area is well-connected by excellent roads, allowing you to explore all the surrounding areas in just a few minutes, such as Fluminimaggiore (with the Temple of Antas), Nebida (with its famous Belvedere), Arbus (home of the Sardinian “resolza” knife), and Piscinas (famous for its beautiful sand dunes)
