The house is located within a very quiet resort village that offers essential amenities (bars, grocery stores, pizzerias, restaurants). You can also purchase a daily or weekly pass to the village’s shared public swimming pool. The area features numerous picturesque beaches worth visiting (Piscinas, Ingurtosu) and many scenic landscapes perfect for hiking. The house is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family looking to create unforgettable memories!
The house was designed and built using eco-sustainable methods, and the rooms maintain a perfect temperature (cool in summer and warm in winter) without the need for air conditioning. The verandas are strategically positioned, and the outdoor spaces are designed to maximize enjoyment of the fresh air and the view: enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco while sipping fine Sardinian wine against the backdrop of a stunning sunset. The village features a swimming pool, located 150 meters from the house; use of the pool is available for a small additional fee.
The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people (maximum).
The house consists of:
- master bedroom;
- second bedroom with a double bed;

- dining area;
- bathroom with toilet and shower stall;
- second bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking.
- Indoor amenities: TV, barbecue, clothesline, complete cooking supplies, water supply, and washing machine.
