Kiran Terrace is a townhome quadplex with 4 individual, pet-friendly, units featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms each, accommodating 6 guests per townhome, a total of 24 people. These townhomes boast stunning views of the sandy beaches and sparkling waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The complex is located just across the street from the beach and a short walk to the downtown area of Gulf Shores. There is also a private community pool with a grilling area that is shared with the other guests at the Kiran Terrace Duplex. For larger gatherings, the Kiran Terrace Quadplex and the Kiran Terrace Duplex can be booked together to comfortably accommodate 44 guests, call today!!

* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 and A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate townhomes that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms, sleeping 52 people.

We needed a place for a large (20+) group, with ages from toddler to adults, and several teenagers. We couldn't have been more pleased with the layout, functionality, cleanliness, and location. Was an easy walk to restaurants and entertainment, as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience! Had some miscommunication between cleaning crew and host but was quickly resolved. They were very apologetic and compensated the group in that particular condo. Would definitely rent from company again!!
