About this villa rental
The main living space is located on the first floor, along with a full bath and a guest room with queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals and drinks. It’s complete with a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, small and large crockpots, blender, and more! The open concept living/dining and kitchen gives the perfect space to enjoy family or your favorite movie on the flat screen smart tv with streaming services. There is also plenty of family games to enjoy. This floor also has access to the fully screened private porch, the perfect place to have morning coffee or evening cocktails and overlook The Lost Key 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course.
The second floor is where you will find the remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and flat screen smart tv. The master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area with 2 chairs and a walk in closet equipped with pack n play. One guest room has a king bed and the other has 2 sets of twin bunks along with a twin trundle. The home comfortably hosts up to 6 adults and 5 children.
The garage is located on the ground level. It is equipped with adult and child size bikes along with helmets, full size corn hole boards with bags, tons of beach toys, boogie boards, extra beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, pool toys, a beach wagon and full size cooler. There is a propane griddle grill with utensils for your use.
The private beach access and beach club is a short walk or shuttle ride. Additional on site amenities include: 2 pools, fitness center, and tennis courts. There are 2 restaurants on site-one at the beach and one at the golf course, along with a pro-shop.
There are security cameras outside on the front and back of the property, and in garage facing golf cart. There is also a video doorbell. Property has large flights of steps to access inside and out.

We stayed at Feeling Tipsea in Perdido Key with 6 adults and 5 kids during the 12U Softball World Series in Orange Beach We had a great experience! The house is located in a safe, gated community right on a golf course, which gave us peace of mind with the kids riding bikes and exploring. The golf cart was super handy for getting around, and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and bikes available for everyone to enjoy. There was 2 pools and 2 restaurants on site and a shuttle to take you back and forth to the beach. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to great seafood spots (we ate well all week!). If you are going for something tarball it’s about a 30 min drive to the fields or more with traffic. But we loved that it was in an area not quite as crowded. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a large group. We loved that we could put the 5 cousins in one room!Owners Bob and Shannon were friendly and responsive, which we appreciated. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few minor maintenance things that could be updated, but nothing that got in the way of our trip. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again!

Spacious place with lots of amenities and glorious air conditioning made for very good times for our week at the beach during the summer heat.

We had two families (with 7 kids ranging from 3-12) stay at this house. We all fit comfortably and enjoyed our stay. The hosts were really easy to communicate with. The house was clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance of the beach (about 10-15 min with younger kids). The shuttle was also really easy to use when we chose to not walk. We also enjoyed the pool on-site. My only suggestions would be to bring dishwasher detergent and some extra garbage bags. Highly recommend!
