About this house rental
This beautiful brand-new, luxury rental at Lost Keys golf and beach club is breathtaking. Perfect for your adventures; golfing, the beach and relaxing, from the stress of daily life. It is located on the beautiful Gulf Coast! The house is bright, well lit with natural sun and professionally decorated. It provides 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
There are many amenities on the property that you will enjoy. These include: a golf cart, private pool designated only for the Villas, a brand new fitness facility and hot tub. The Beach Club has a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. More amenities include access to the private beach (.5 Miles away) right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and a shuttle to bring you and your family to and from these amazing places. One can not forget the beautiful golf course. Book your rental today! (Beach Chair Service for a fee in Season.) Spacious 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa beautifully decorated and just over a half a mile stroll or five minute shuttle^ ride to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The Villa provides you a large open concept, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with seating for 12. The first bedroom with a Queen sized bed and full bath finishes off the second floor. The third level is home to an oversized Master Bedroom suite with a King sized bed, oversized closet and en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with Full over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. Each have their own adjoining bathrooms. A laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer finishes off the third floor. The first level of the home has a garage for two tandem parked cars and an outdoor area for grilling with the supplied Weber charcoal grill. We also have beach towels, chairs, wagon, and beach toys. NOW LET'S LOOK AT THE AMENITIES!!^^ Enjoy multiple amenities including shuttle^ service that runs year-round (seasonal hours apply, normally 7 days a week from 10:00am-7:00pm) and takes you to the beach and any other resort amenity. The beach club is exclusive to Lost Key residents, guests, and renters. You can take advantage of its’ restaurant bar, pool, lockers, showers, and private beach access! Don't feel like getting sandy? Just down the street from the Villa is a spectacular oversized zero entry pool with hot tub and a state-of-the-art fitness center. There are on site lockers and indoor/outdoor showers. Lost Key Resort is a 24 hour staffed gated community where families can enjoy biking, walking, swimming, playing tennis, and golf. Enjoy great restaurants in the Perdido area or nearby Pensacola with two restaurants on site to serve you, one at the beach club and the other at the golf course. Centrally located between Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach, we are just a ten minute ride to Flora-Bama or 20 minute ride to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. The sun and sand await you at this wonderful family friendly resort!
SELF-CATERING INFORMATION The villa is equipped with the following: Oven Microwave Fridge Dishwasher Coffee maker (multiple cup filter and single K-cup) Blender Pots/pans Dishes/utensils/cups mixing bowls Wine glasses Charcoal Weber grill (charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter not included) Grilling utensils Dish towels and wash rags Washer Dryer Ironing board and iron Bath towels Wash cloths Bed linens ^Shuttle hours and stops vary seasonally. Shuttle operation is at the discretion of the HOA. We cannot guarantee shuttle service or working hours. ^^All amenities are managed by the HOA. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was bright, spacious, and absolutely spotless—an ideal setup for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom with a shower was a total game changer, making post-beach clean-up a breeze. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, yet the large open living area made it easy to come together for meals, games, and downtime.The pool just down the street was a huge hit with our kids—fun for all ages! Even when it was a little busy, it never felt crowded. There was always enough space to swim and relax, and it became our favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring.The amenities at this home were truly top-notch and made everything feel easy and relaxed. We especially appreciated having the golf cart for quick trips down the street to the pool or clubhouse, and the included beach toys and wagon made packing so much simpler. The smart TVs in every bedroom were a thoughtful touch—perfect for winding down in the evenings after a full day of fun.Communication with our hosts was excellent: clear, prompt, and friendly from beginning to end. The house was stocked with everything we needed—from towels and beach chairs to kitchen essentials—and the little touches throughout made it feel like a true home away from home.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway. The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and spacious. Great location. Check in was a breeze. And you can easily fit 4 vehicles in the driveway. All good.
