Just minutes from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, this spacious 2,200-square-foot coastal retreat comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families, couples, and groups. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The main level features one bedroom and a full bathroom, while upstairs you'll find the primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal layout for families and groups.
The open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create the perfect gathering space for meals, games, and quality time together. The living room sofa also converts into a queen sleeper, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate additional guests.
Step outside onto the covered, beautifully furnished porch, where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Resort amenities are just a short stroll away, including the community pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Wonderful beach with very clean & clear water. Very nice beds, bedding and pillows. Well equipped kitchen.
No internet & cable provided, you have to use your own access/apps (Netflix, Peacock, etc). Network gateway provided was up and down and we had the sense someone else was getting in and using our access because some last viewed and resume programs were not what we were watching. Weird and a bit disturbing.
Owners should reconsider using VACASA as a property manager and I will never rent another place that they manage. We contacted them multiple times regarding 3 issues. The main office taking the complaint was always very apologetic, very friendly and assured me the local office would respond promptly, although they did not.
The 1st item they dismissed over a text without coming out to look at the cleaning crew issue, so I ended up cleaning my 1st day there! The local office did not even respond to the 2nd and 3rd items. On the 1st and 2nd items I contacted VACASA’s main office multiple times to inform them that the issues had not been resolved and no one from the local office had called or came out. By the 3rd day and the 3rd unresolved complaint I just gave up and tried to not let it ruin our stay.
Nice place but will not go back.
