Large house with swimming pool 100m from the beach

Absolutely stunning location. The gravel driveway is a bit rough, but we had no problems with a standard rental car. Beautiful views from anywhere on the property. Great pool, short walk to beach, very well equipped kitchen, and Beautiful outdoor cooking areas.

We rent the house with another family and stayed 2+ weeks. We were 8 in total. The house was brand new, full comfort, very well equipped. When something was missing we were just calling the landlord and he was coming with was missing... Magical! Owners are very friendly speak multiple languages. The garden wasn't finish at that time but I know now it is covered with grass with a watering system, 50+ olive trees and roughly the same amount of lavenders... The beach down the house is a perfect spot to take a early bird bath (we went there as early as 6am), all day long or night (teenagers went there various times over night) as it is desert and beautiful. You need to rent a small convertible SUV as the road is pretty rocky and bumpy. But this is the price to pay to enjoy your (almost) own beach and the privacy of the house. The island is beautiful with gorgeous beaches and tavernas. While Andros is a secret gem of the cyclades, there is all the comfort needed such as pharmacies, small supermarkets as well as fresh vegetables you buy at the harbor directly to the growers, off their old truck, ditto for fresh fish and meat. Speaking about fish, 3 minutes down a hill by the house, you have a tuna farm, it is awesome to go diving there with the kids with mask, tuba and fins. What else could I say? You can trust the owner, his wife and 2 teenagers. they'll do all to make you feel at home and discover the island. We will indeed come again soon, just to see how's the house finished. :-)

The house is nice, but the road down to it requires a 4 x 4 as un made full of holes and rough to drive road leads up to the houseThe house lacked the thing's that make a stay relaxing and i wouldn't recommend or go again to this property It was lacking a kettle for the first 3 days, a coffee machine although there were coffee pods, no freezer at all and no mirror in 1of the bedrooms. If you book remember to take washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet's, kitchen roll, and washing detergent The kitchen knives are blunt But it did have nice outside space, lovely swimming pool and a lovely view.
