CLEANLINESS: The host actually uses the cleaning fee properly. This is a 1st for us. Typically, in the other rentals we've rented, they were dirty. They're pocketing the cleaning fee money or not cleaning at all. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew was there still cleaning. We walked in, and you can immediately smell the cleanliness. I purposely took my shoes to see if the floors were clean and they were. The rooms were neat, and there were towels on each bed nealty folded.
SUPPLIES: We stayed here 10 days, and they stocked for it. We've never had a host stock more than one of something. Each bathroom had three rolls of toliet paper and extra towels under each sink. The kitchen had dish soap and hand soap. Six bottles of water on the kitchen table and Keurig machine with a huge selection of coffees/teas.
LOCATION: Was perfect for us. It was near many of the places we frequent when we visit. I felt safe here, and that's a 1st. The host has exterior only cameras, and we appreciate that. We want to know that someone can see the property when we are gone from there.
SPACE: The home is spacious and up to date. I could tell the host takes pride in his home. The quality of the furniture, bedding, and towels were of higher quality. The beds were soft and comfortable to sleep on. The A/C worked here, and we were able to put the temp on what we wanted. In other rentals, they would have rules on not going lower than 72° degrees, or the A/C would not work. The host had no crazy rules.

We absolutely loved this stay, we were celebrating my birthday so we wanted something with lots of space. the house was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t know anything about the neighborhood but the time we were there we noticed that it’s very quiet and calm area no one bothered us. The only thing I’d say is there are no TV in the bedrooms so it caused us to be in the living room as a group during our “relaxing time”. The host of the house was very friendly and responded back in a reasonable time answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we need.!
We will definitely be back Miami Treated us well.!!!
