About this house rental
Spacious single-level floorplan in the beautiful Springs Country Club on a quiet cul-de-sac with open green belt in the backyard. Skylights strategically placed throughout the home bring in wonderful natural light as do the many floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. Recessed lighting and tall ceilings also add to the spaciousness. This fully furnished home is perfect as a live-work space, entertaining space, or as a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The community pool and spa, surrounded by privacy green hedges, is just steps away. In addition to the 2 car garage, there is a separate golf cart garage door.
The home has two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and oversized walk-in closets, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Front bedroom has an attached fenced-in courtyard with seating for two and mountain views. Third bedroom also has an attached bathroom and a queen bed as well as standing desk. One 77" tv is mounted in the living room and one 55" is on a movable stand for set up in any bedroom. One computer monitor will be available for tenant use.
The open living/ dining room is perfect for entertaining. Solid wood dining table seats 8 and extra large sofa seats 4-5. Kitchen is stocked with all equipment and tools including KitchenAid stand mixer, burr coffee grinder, Nespresso coffee maker, French press, blender, food processor, immersion blender, electric kettle, dishes for 8, serve ware, and more.
Outdoor furniture includes dining set for six and lounge seating for 5-6.
Morning room adjacent to kitchen includes a standing desk and knoll desk chair as well as a Peloton stationary bike available for tenant use. Plenty of room for an at-home yoga or workout class.
