It has a beautiful pond and fountain view outside the living room sliding glass doors. One of many swimming pools with heated Jacuzzi is located a few feet from the front door. The primary suite has a king size bed. The primary bath has a wrap around countertop and a large walk in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. The workable kitchen is equipped with all new appliances.
The large living room has a 65' Smart Flat Screen with DirecTV. There are many board games, books and pool toys. The location is ideal for a walk or bike ride to The River Shopping Center (1 mile away) for dining, shopping, and movie entertainment.
The condo is only 4 miles from the world famous El Paseo Shopping District, known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert! 28 day minimum stay required.

This was a fabulous rental. All new floors in the house and the sleeping arrangements were great too. Anne was very pleasant to work with and quick to reply. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Pool was literally a few meters away. Excellent! Will definitely stay again!

My family and I loved this house. It was just perfect... pool was particularly private, neighborhood was great, home has everything needed. My kids loved their mini vacation.

The space was clean and spacious. Perfect for my small family getaway. The host was amazing! So accommodating and professional. After my last house abruptly cancelled, the host made the transition so much easier.
