Check-in is 4PM and checkout is 11AM. The damage deposit will be collected via credit card hold before or at arrival if not handled by the booking channel. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. Infractions of any of these or other resort rules can result in eviction from the property with no refund.

I love the property and it's our 1st choice for spring break.
Everything was good and as advertised and good communication. My only complaint was the pans in the kitchen were old and didn't cook well, the fridge temp is not regulating so it froze some of the food and over all the condo is outdated but I think the price is low enough that it compensates for the lack of decor.
