You don't have a car: avoid. not really a 4 stars

The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The room was spacious. The price was ok

The room not well isolated (clear voices from other rooms) The location was poor (if don't have a car) - the road that leads to the hotel isn't safe for pedestrian. Only one train per hour goes to Rome (station is 10 minutes walking distance and then 30 minutes to Roma Termini). The outlet to charge phone or laptop are old, not super accessible and not always working The furniture of the hotel are old The blanket smells old - nothing to warm water - no facial tissues The name of the hotel is "ristorante" but there is no restaurant The breakfast is mainly on sweet (it is not bad but not 4 stars as well, no hot food)

Disappointing

A grand looking impressive building reminding you of yesteryear.

In fairness there was a function on that evening, but: No facilities to purchase drinks/water etc on arrival or any time. A simple self service fridge would fix this. Closest restaurant only 400 metres away but does not open until 7PM Air conditioning not functional We were in room 109 above the loading dock and rubbish area. Bottles from the function were noisily being disposed of into the bins. The last time was 1.42AM so sleeping was intermittent. The staff knocked off at 2AM with load conversations in the loading dock at that time.

Great location in the Castelli Romani area

Location was paramount for this vacation and the hotel was perfect. View on Rome was great

The hotel is a bit old and certain areas of the bathrooms should be cleaned deeper - such as the shower. Breakfast is basic but good.

Located outside the trafficated routes but close to all main attractions in the area. The room was spatios ad nicely decorated. Breakfast was also nice and varied.

Wifi not working, site says shuttle but there isn't any so we paid $30 for taxi each way. Restaurant was closed for private event.

I like the location of the hotel and it is very beautiful and attractive in front of the hotel.

I didn't like it. because on Sunday and Monday there was live music that sang until 2 in the morning, and of course the showers were relatively loud, and I couldn't sleep because of it. I think the hotel should have closed dates for booking during such events

Very nice villa! It’s not far away from Rome, but located in a quiet place. The view is fascinating, you can catch very colorful sunsets. The room was comfortable and breakfasts are very good! The staff was helpful and friendly. They organized for us early coffee and take away breakfast, shuttle to the airport and print out board passes. I really recommend this place to spend some time in a peaceful place close to the crowded capital 👍🏼

We took an economy room, so no big expectations. It was only one little thing - the hot water need some time to warm up. We was waiting around 10-15 mins. But it’s not a big deal in general.

It was very bad.. Breakfast was not good, not tasty, hotel is extremely dirty with mould in the shower everywhere. Room was very dirty, dusty, hairdryer was old and bad working.. even cant dry my wet hair... In the parking someone hit our car, and didnt say anything about it... The place was hard to reach.. ony with your car you can get here...

This is the third time I have stayed at Domus ... beautiful and impeccably clean hotel ... staff was exceptional in particular Sara and Federico who made our stay so much more enjoyable. Real professionals with the personal touch.

At first arrival taxi service from train station to hotel was a little sketchy but once we checked in the staff made sure we had taxis coming and going. Very convenient (20minutes) by train to Rome Termini station ... cost 2 euros. Rome is fantastic but at the end of the day we wanted some peace and quiet which is why we have chosen Domus on our last few trips.

Value for money, pleasant staff

The staff were very pleasant especially the lady who overlooked breakfast. The location excellent for both Ciampino Airport and aray of restaurants. Comfortable clean bed and linen. Lots of room on the free car park. The breakfast was ample with lovely fresh cornetti's and coffee. Excellent views in nice surroundings, overall the stay was value for money. Would we stay here again, YES.

The hotel is pleasant however could do with some basic maintenance and updating. The bathroom cabinets in one area were severley delapidated with mold, the toilet brush dirty. The floorboards need replacing as they were delaminating. The satellite TV did not work as did the Skybox.
