Welcome to Naples!! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1850 sq ft. first-floor end unit villa is located in Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club. The open floorplan provides great common space for dining and entertaining but still offers privacy with master and guests suites on either end of the home. The villa is tastefully decorated and is equipped with all your needs. Work from home, relax in the large lanai looking over the lake, walk to the nearby heated pool, ride your bike throughout the gated community or head to the fully equipped gym.
Glen Eagle Country Club is a private golf community situated in Naples, Florida... 18-hole golf course, putting green and hitting area, a modern exercise facility with aerobic, yoga, spinning and free weights, an Olympic-sized, heated swimming pool at the clubhouse, 4 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocce and 2 restaurants. The restaurant at the clubhouse includes a large veranda for outside seating, a formal dining room, and a lounge while the Divot offers informal breakfast and lunch.
This villa is in a great area providing quick access to the beaches, shopping, great restaurants, Old Naples, downtown Naples, and all the famous Naples locations like 5th Ave, 3rd Ave, Tin City, the Naples Pier and Marco Island. This is truly living the Florida lifestyle!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this Sterling Greens villa. Very clean and well appointed with everything we needed to feel at home in this spacious floor plan at Glen Eagle Country Club. The owner was accommodating, friendly and there was great communication. It was so easy to make this our home for four weeks! Loved how close it was to beaches, golf, downtown Naples and even Marco Island.

I enjoyed this quaint home, the peaceful feeling of this home was exactly what I was hoping for. The security of a gated community was a requirement for me and Glen Eagle offered this. The home is clean and bright and very private. The community is welcoming and friendly. I can’t wait to come back
