About this house rental
You will fall in love with the gorgeous and expansive lake view the moment you enter our home. Take a dip in the pool or just relax in the spa. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the large, screened-in lanai. TV can be enjoyed in the family room without disturbing the quiet serenity offered by the separate living room. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, our home is furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size mattress, one guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other guest bedroom has two twin beds.
We are a mere four miles to downtown Naples with its beach on the Gulf as well as its broad offering of fine restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Fabulous! We had an amazing time here. The view from the pool was stunning and we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor area and playing in the pool.The villa is just as lovely on the inside, with everything you could possibly need for your stay.My 3 teenagers loved staying here as did my 5 year old, it was perfect for the whole family. The location was excellent, being an easy 10 minute drive from Naples beach and about 30 minutes from Marco Island. The villa is a credit to the owners and we definitely hope to return !

This home is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai with a nice view. Used the pool everyday! The owner was very responsive to questions that I had. We will return!

The property was well supplied with things to entertain yourselves if you are not going out anywhere. Instructions for how things worked were detailed, and clear. The owner was very responsive with any questions. I would recommend this property, and will rent it again if it is available next time we travel there.

We stayed at the property in 2022 in august. The house needs upgrades the ceiling in the master bedroom is yellow and cracked the kitchen also needs some work but the area itself is nice. No problems with communication with the manager.
