Nestled in a charming residential neighborhood, The Piccadilly Manor is family-friendly and offers the perfect blend of proximity to Naples' vibrant attractions and sugar-sand beaches while also providing a pristine, private residence filled with the comforts of home for your vacation. Spend your days indulging in all Naples has to offer, and enjoy a peaceful evening around your personal, heated pool with a cocktail or a book.
THE SPACE:
Our comfortable 3 Bed / 2 Bath home is stocked full of all the amenities you desire for home cooking, traveling with kids, enjoying the pool and beach, and a wonderful nights rest. The house offers a true indoor/outdoor living experience with the living room patio door opening completely to the lanai, and the primary bedroom equipped with patio doors leading out to the pool.
The gorgeous Naples Pier Beach on the Gulf of Mexico is only 4 miles away.
You are only 10 minutes to the famous Naples 5th Ave- full of exceptional shops, world-class restaurants and notable entertainment. Stunning gulf courses, pickleball courts, botanical gardens, Naples Zoo and the community theater are just a few options to explore locally! Groceries and essentials are less than a mile from the home.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
The peaceful & private lanai will be your favorite place to relax!
You will love the resort-like indoor/ outdoor experience as most rooms walk out to the patio. The large, heated pool is pleasantly warmed to 85 degrees for all guests. Additional outdoor amenities include an outdoor living room with a TV, dining area, lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas, gas grill, and pool floats!
PET FRIENDLY:
One dog per reservation is welcome. The side yard has a grass area for your dog. We ask all guests to pick up after your pup.
BEACH DAY:
We are only 4 miles from the Iconic Naples Pier Beach - sugar sand stretches out as far as the eye can see! The Pier is a wonderful place to fish or watch a magnificent sunset over the Gulf (no matter how many times you see it, it does not get old.) We have all the beach amenities so you can enjoy the beach day and return to your nearby home away from home.

This is by far the best home we have ever rented anywhere inside or outside of the US. The location was awesome. It has everything you need besides groceries. The kitchen is more well-stocked than our own home. Plus bikes, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, floats, etc. And the pool was just perfect. We were so sad to leave. It was truly a little slice of heaven for the week.

The house was beautiful in convenient location, which we love. The kitchen had just been renovated. The outdoor lanai is truly lovely leading out to a heated pool. The pool was lovely and warm! WiFi worked well…no complaints just compliments! We are planning to rent again next winter. Thank you so much Mike.
