The Space:
Walk in the front door to the living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. Just down the hall are a half-bathroom and a full spacious kitchen with a dining room table! A King bedroom with a small deck and seating is up the stairs to the left. Around the corner is a full bathroom. And across the stairs is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King Bedroom with full bathroom in the hall
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Additional sleeping areas (Main floor living room): Full size sleeper sofa
MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point S Verde St 86001
*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*

Place was as advertised. Great location with short walk to many bars and restaurants. We used as launching point for Grand Canyon trip. Would definitely recommend!

We were there three nights, visiting our grandson, who’s a student at NAU. The location is wonderful - a short walk to campus and close to downtown. The home is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with many extras provided. Communication could not have been better. Highly recommend!
