➼ Hiking within a couple of minutes drive!

The Space:
Walk in the front door to the living room, equipped with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. Just down the hall are a half-bathroom and a full spacious kitchen with a dining room table. Up the stairs to the right is a King bedroom with a small deck and seating! Around the corner is a full bathroom. And across the stairs is a Queen bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King Bedroom with full bathroom in the hall
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Additional sleeping areas (Main floor living room): Full-size sleeper sofa
MAP the distance to the Airport/Downtown/Snowbowl/Grand Canyon etc., and use the starting point S Verde St 86001
*We have contracted snow removers who clear the driveway if it snows over 3 inches during your stay. Additionally, we have a snow shovel and salt at the property to keep the entryway clear and safe. We do not have control over when the city clears the roads; for this reason, if there's snow in the forecast for your stay, ensure you have the necessary groceries you need to enjoy the snow from the comforts of the property. Be sure to check the weather closer to your arrival! If there's snow in the forecast, time your trip so you come before or after the storm. We work around the clock regardless of weather, and the property will be ready for your arrival; for this reason, we do not issue refunds due to snow!*

My husband and I stayed at this rental for a bouldering trip. This is the second time we’ve stayed here because we enjoy the cleanliness, responsive staff, and location. It’s close enough to downtown that you can walk everywhere but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. I spent most of the long weekend on the porch or couch reading. While I was outside, I was greeted by a friendly neighborhood cat who kept me company. It was the perfect spring weekend in the cool temps! The thermostat responded well to the fluctuations in temperature (low 40s at night and 80 during the day) and we were comfortable during our stay.

The home was lovely, very comfortable in a perfect location near downtown and close to the major roads leading to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. There were extra pillows and towels which we really appreciate. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The newly renovated townhouse was well equipped with all the amenities one needs for a stay away from home. The garage was a plus for parking car because the neighborhood was rather sketchy; very old with thrashed and rundown homes. Although very quiet at night, it was not what we expected. The house is close to shopping and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The yard could use some cleanup. Not sure what you can do about the neighborhood cats lounging on the front porch chairs and scratching at the back door. Previous guests must have fed them.
