Just a short stroll to Heritage Square, where you can enjoy Flagstaff’s best local eats, cozy coffee spots, boutique shopping, live music, and vibrant nightlife.
The Space:
A true gem in the heart of downtown Flagstaff!
Fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops for the culinary enthusiasts. Whip up a gourmet meal or enjoy a simple breakfast at the breakfast bar.
Outdoor lovers are here for the back yard. Comfortable seating areas, gas firepit, bistro table, jacuzzi and propane BBQ grill. All fenced for your privacy.
Downstairs: kitchen, dining room, 2 separate living rooms, 1 bedroom (double), 1 full bathroom (walk-in shower)
Upstairs: Master bedroom (king) with ensuite and access to upper level deck, 2nd master bedroom (queen) with ensuite, guest bedroom (double)

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked closet.

Centrally located in Downtown Flagstaff - walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee and shopping. Half mile from NAU campus. 15 miles to Snowbowl Ski Resort (drive times vary). 35-40 minute scenic drive to Sedona (taking the 89A scenic route). 75 minute drive to Grand Canyon

Ring camera on the front door as well as exterior camera located in the back yard, no interior cameras present at the home.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location close to Historic downtown Flagstaff. Very clean with comfortable beds!! Host was very quick in responding to any questions. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, quiet, good linens. There were a few downsides. The rickety wooden spiral staircase is scary, the primary bathroom shower has issues, the backyard is not well maintained (dirty furniture, dusty), lightbulbs were out in a few lights and lamps, windows won’t stay open (they slide down), and the host was slow to respond to communication. Flagstaff is a lovely town and this home is a 5-minute walk to the down town area, so we had a wonderful time. The house is just a little shabby.
