About this house rental
Pirates Cove and Mermaids Haven are luxury beach rentals that sit right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous Duplex has 2 separate sides that both have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each unit sleeps 16 guests for a total of 32.
The bed configuration for each side is the following:
Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.
There are adjoining doors to connect both houses from the inside and from the rear decks.
Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking on both sides.
* Minimum age to book is 25
* No pets allowed
* No smoking indoors
Guests will receive a welcome message with all the info they'll need for the house a week before their scheduled arrival. The welcome message will have the personal unique code to get into the house as well as the WIFI information.

The houses were in a great location and well kept. It was So great they provide beach chairs and towels!!Communication was great and they responded quickly! We had 26 people from 68 years to 7 weeks old. It was great that we had 2 sides so there was a place to go depending on how much “activity” you wanted!
