Mermaids Haven (Side B) is part of a side by side duplex that can be rented out together for larger groups. Pirates Cove (Side A) is identical to Mermaids Haven. Both units combined can sleep a total of 28 people. (12 bedrooms)
Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.
Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking.

The place was exactly what we wanted. The location was fabulous. The property manager was very repobsive and brought us beach towels and answered all our questions in minutes.

Great property with 4 beds and baths for 4 couples to have their own space. Extra bunk rooms too. Its in a perfect location for us to be able to chill on the beach or walk the pier. Marshwalk just minutes away too

The property was clean, the location was fabulous (only a 1-2 minute walk from the pier in Garden City, and the house is right on the beach), and the property management team was great.
