About this house rental
Mermaids Haven is a luxury beach rental that sits right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous house that has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeps 14 guests total.
Mermaids Haven (Side B) is part of a side by side duplex that can be rented out together for larger groups. Pirates Cove (Side A) is identical to Mermaids Haven. Both units combined can sleep a total of 28 people. (12 bedrooms)
Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets.
Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking.
* WE SUPPLY ALL LINENS, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS*
A lot of the greedy rental agencies will make you rent Linens and towels. We don't believe in nickel and diming our guests.
* Minimum age to book is 25
* No pets allowed
* No smoking indoors

Very nice property with a great location. Walkable to a lot of amenities. The only slight downside of the location was occasional loud music in the evening from the pier. Inside the house was clean and well taken care of. It had plenty of dishes and cookware for our group of 14. Karl was very responsive.

The location is great. Near a pier and easy walking distance to a coffee shop, bars and restaurants; plus the beach right out the door! The owner is quickly responsive and helpful and the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook for the whole group. Highly recommend.
