The Uhlenflucht vacation home on the North Sea coast in the historic fishing village of Hooksiel is 140 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the first floor, there is a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen. The living and dining room is furnished with new, modern furniture and features a fireplace. From there, you have access to the large covered terrace.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking, from a built-in stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, a second refrigerator, and microwave to all kinds of small appliances, as well as basic supplies like spices and oils.
From the living room, you enter an open hallway through a wide glass door. On the left is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the right is a bedroom with a double bed. In front of the bedroom entrance, beneath the stairs leading to the attic, there is a small storage room.
At the end of the hallway, another storage room houses a washing machine and a clothes dryer with heat pump technology.
On the upper floor, there are four additional bedrooms of varying sizes. To the right after ascending the stairs, you’ll find a second bathroom, which is identical in size and amenities to the one on the first floor.
The covered terrace is spacious and invites you to relax outdoors even in bad weather. Here you’ll find a large extendable garden table with 10 chairs and a foosball table!!!! as well as the outdoor sauna.
The garden has a natural, unspoiled design and has a dreamy, somewhat enchanted feel. It features a seating area in the center with a small pond equipped with a pond guard. A beach chair and lounge chairs are available in the garden, along with garden games and yoga mats. A large raised garden bed has been created behind the seating area. The property borders a backwater with magnificent old trees.
The house is centrally located yet in an absolutely quiet setting—the ideal place to relax and feel at ease. In the summer, guests have access to a beach chair by the sea (at the clothing-optional beach, entrance by the kite school).
The visitor’s tax (Nordseecard) is collected on behalf of the municipality of Wangerland shortly before arrival:
