About this house rental
Our holiday home is located directly on the old dike at Rüstersiel.
It has a beautiful garden with a terrace and a winter garden with an automatic winter garden awning so that you can sit in the winter garden in peace and quiet even in summer when the temperature is pleasant.
The house has 4 bedrooms + 1 baby room / children's room, 3 bathrooms +1 guest toilet (total of 4 bathrooms) and a large living and dining area. Overall, the house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Furnishing:
4 bedrooms with double beds (the double room on the ground floor is equipped with a third bed), 1 of which has a separate dressing room that can also be used as a children's room or as a baby bedroom.
3 bathrooms, each with a shower, a total of 3 showers! There is also an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.
Kitchen with dishwasher and full equipment
Balcony, winter garden and terrace with sun loungers and garden seating, barbecue facilities including a large grill (see pictures)
3-4 parking spaces on the property.
A wood stove can be seen in the photos. It is not specifically advertised as it is only used as a decoration in the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential area (30 zone) directly on the dike.
(Attention --- the beach is not directly behind the dike)
It has an ingrown garden that invites you to relax in the countryside and also offers space for children to play.
Several playgrounds, soccer field, new BMX and scooter track and a cool basketball court with table tennis are in the vicinity.
Bathing opportunities in the North Sea resort of Hooksiel or in the Nautimo adventure pool can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Shops can also be reached quickly (bakery, supermarket, post office, kiosk). In the district of Rüstersiel there are three restaurants that are within walking distance.
The city center can be reached by bus or by car in 10 minutes.
Our prices include WiFi, electricity, gas, water and parking.
Attention:
The mattresses are all covered with fitted sheets on arrival. And the duvets (135cm x 200cm) and pillows (80cm x 80cm) lie naughty on the beds.
Please bring bed linen and shower towels.
Smaller towels (50cm x 100cm) and tea towels are on site.
Salt, pepper, toilet paper, household paper and many other useful little things are also on site.
There is no tourist tax (there are no hidden costs)
... but there is a bakery nearby ;-)

Shout out to Daniel for a wonderful experience staying at his vacation home in Rustersiel. We three adult children brought our German-born 86 year old Mom back to Wilhelmshaven for a visit with her brothers. All went smoothly and ground floor bedroom worked well for Mom. Thanks for your quick responses! All that we needed was there. Beds comfortable and really enjoyed the enclosed porch!

Ostern 2022: Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter in Empfang genommen und durchs Haus geführt. Unsere Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hatte sehr viel Platz. Besonders gern saßen wir auch im gemütlichen Wintergarten. Für das Ostereier suchen war der Garten drumherum natürlich besonders schön. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreißen, auch meine Enkelkinder nicht. Sehr zu empfehlen auch für einen längeren Urlaub.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich groß und die Lage ist klasse, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge wirklich gut. Leider war die Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, es war alles eine Sammlung verschiedener Teile, das Geschirr war oft abgeplatzt, keine Deckel zu den Töpfen usw. der Wasserhahn tropfte unentwegt, die Dunstabzugshaube war ekelhaft siffig. Die Betten waren reichlich aber alle Matratzen waren dünn und durchgelegen. Die Kommode im Schlafzimmer war nicht zu gebrauchen, da die oberste Schublade klemmte, die zweite war mit Dingen des Eigentümers belegt und die dritte ging aus den Fugen. Die Kleiderschränke schlossen nicht, offene Steckdosen gab es auch. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus an dem dringend das ein oder andere gemacht und ausgetauscht werden müsste. Oberflächlich und vordergründig geputzt aber eben nicht sauber. Wen das stört der urlaubt hier gut.
