Saubere Wohnung. Großzügige, nett eingerichtete Räume. Fernseher in einem Schlafzimmer. Große Betten. Waschmaschine und Trockner. REWE um die Ecke. Südstrand 8 min mit dem Auto. Gute Ansprechbarkeit bei Fragen.
Schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Haus von außen eher nicht einladend. Backofen sollte mit Backpapier genutzt werden. Sieht schon sehr genutzt und verbacken aus. Wenig Kochgeschirr (Töpfe und Pfannen) für 6 Personen. Der Tisch im Eßzimmer war nicht für alle gut geeignet bezogen auf die Beinfreiheit.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es gibt einen sehr hellen Essbereich.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte die Küche noch etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein.

The flat is big and clean
My family and I were there only for a weekend, some basics were missing, as shampoo, shower gel or rubbish bags. The check out was at 10 am on a Sunday!!! We asked for 1h so that we could be ready with the children, the answer was clear, pay 35€ more and you can stay until 1pm.....we only needed a bit more to be able to get the kids ready. We would not come back again, the flat is nice...but the number of inconvenients was too high.
