Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $78.17 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. This fee is paid directly to the HOA through their online portal, and the link will be emailed to you once registration is confirmed. Guests are required to pre-register with the names and ages of all guests, as well as the make and model of any vehicles, prior to check-in. Parking passes can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in, while wristbands will be provided inside the unit for guest use. Please ensure all wristbands are left in the unit upon checkout, as a $50 fee will be charged for each missing wristband.

Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
