Whitesands Beach House Cronulla

Hi, The house itself is very well presented and in a great location. Things to consider to improve the experience at the property. Better photos are required to show the reality of the house i.e. Access is via a steep ramp. My son needs a knee reconstruction and the walk to the house was very difficult. We would not have book this property had the access issue been obvious. I believe this is important to clarify. Communicating via Stayz does not work reliably, takes too long and is not convenient. What's wrong with having a conversation using a mobile phone when trying to clarify something? The Bond payment method is not appropriate for this scam filled world. The bond needs to be paid through the secure website. We will avoid using Stayz in the future. Some general feedback. The light over the ironing board does not work. More cleaning products would help visitor clean up after themselves .e.g surface spray, Chucks for sink, scrubbing brush. No access to the main bins. The kitchen bins are not enough and can lead to a smelly house. I think people would expected a better equipped kitchen. More variety of pans, more wine glasess, the sorts of things that most kitchens have e.g. Rice cooker, sandwich maker. People who rent a house normally do it for the convenience of being self-contained. Having said all this, overall we did enjoy our stay. Thanks
