About this house rental
Newly renovated spacious family home, centrally located, about 8 min walk to Cronulla beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, playgrounds and transport. Close to Westfield Miranda, Sutherland Hospital, with the local bus stopping outside. It is within a 35-minute drive from Sydney CBD, Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Airport. Free WiFi, Netflix and Parking.
Suitable for up to 12 guests split over two levels suites large families or groups of friends with two living areas. Relax in the outdoor seating with a wine overlooking the pool or fire up the BBQ. The kids will be kept entertained playing in the backyard or in their own upstairs play room with the many games and toys.
Your own private fully furnished 5 bedroom house, with linen and towels included. Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine and tea, reverse osmosis water filter, basic pantry items, appliances, split system air-conditioning/heating. Two levels with two bathrooms makes it great for multigenerational families or large groups of friends.

Portable baby cot (set up on request), child safety gates, highchair (on request), toys, games and books are available for guests with babies and children.
Please note there is a granny flat in the backyard which is our own personal private space and at times we may be there with our family. This has separate access from the house and is fenced off, so you have exclusive use of the entire house, pool and backyard.

We enjoyed a family get-together of 11 persons at this Cronulla beach home. It is within walking distance to the beach and to the Cronulla shopping mall. The home had two seperate living areas, one upstairs and the other down stairs; both had beautiful morning sun flooding into the rooms. The home had 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms- all adequate in size. Electic blankets on the beds also was a help. Outdoor spaces are great, but not utilised fully n winter months. I have no hesitation in recommending this home as a place to stay.

The house was clean and modern and had all the amenities we needed. It was in a really good location, just a short walk from Cronulla beach and from either Woolooware or Cronulla train stations. There was plenty space for parking our cars. We stayed with 8 adults and 2 children (visiting from the UK for a family wedding) and the kids loved the pool, which was was very clean and a good temperature. The outdoor area was lovely for relaxing in a morning or evening. The hosts were really helpful with any queries we had and left a lovely treat basket for us. There were lots of handy items like an iron and board, hair dryers and other styling appliances and kitchen appliances. The bathrooms were modern and clean. Most of the bedrooms had mirrors on the back of the door though the lighting isn’t great in some rooms so you may need to use the bathroom for makeup etc in the evening. There were plenty plug sockets. Wardrobe space is limited in each room as the some of the wardrobes are locked with the family’s belongings. However, most rooms had drawers and every room had a small wardrobe with a few hangers. Our children loved the upstairs playroom and the toys left for their use. The weather wasn’t great when we were there and it’s worth bringing warm pyjamas for indoors as it can get chilly in the bedrooms in cooler seasons. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
