Completely remodeled. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Filtered water and ice machine from the fridge door. Large counter space. Kitchen table with 12 chairs. Great coffee bar. Calming activities for quiet play. Very clean. Comfortable beds, sturdy bunk beds. L shaped couch. 4 TVs. White towels, duvets, sheets, blankets, mattress pads, pillows and pillow protectors. Check out all amenities listed. Walk 1 block to downtown, 2.5mi to the Ark Encounter, 3.4mi to the Williamstown Marina, 2.5mi to the Williamstown Splash Pad, The Old Stone Wall is located in the perfect spot. Apartment 3 has 2 doors of entry with keyless locks right off the parking lot with 2 steps to enter. In warmer months enjoy grilling out and sitting under the pergola which is lighted by string bulbs at night. Enjoy the ambiance of a gas fire pit.

This is an excellent place to stay. We had two families-one couple with an 11yr old son and my husband and I who have a 17, 15, and 13 year old daughters. We also had my oldest daughter’s boyfriend. It was perfect that both couples had their own space. The girls had a room with bunk beds and the boys had a room with bunks too. There was an amazing coffee/tea nook and the kitchen was completely stocked. My only issue was with responding to the host. I received messages but couldn’t figure out how to respond back. So I didn’t know what exactly was expected before we left.
We had a wonderful time fixing meals and were all able to sit down and eat together. Lots of games, cards and to toys to keep the kids entertained. Would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I along with our 3 kids and my in-laws stayed here while on a trip to visit the Ark Encounter and to attend a conference at the Ark. This home was organized, very clean, spacious, and filled with everything you need and more. Susan and Steve were excellent hosts. Wonderful communication and made sure to check in to see if we had everything we needed. Susan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The home was stocked with snacks, a coffee bar, games, magazines, and toys for the kids. The foosball table was a bit hit and kept our kids busy for hours. The home is very close to the Ark which was perfect for us as we were going back and forth to the conference. If we make it back out to this area, we would not stay anywhere else!

The owner was very nice and accommodating. Quickly replied back to any message I sent and the home was very clean. I really liked the fact they had things for young children to participate with. I have nothing bad to say about this place and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a place to stay near Noah’s Ark.
