This spacious lake front cabin includes a wrap around deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor fireplace, pool table, hot tub, large yard, and so much more! This lake front cabin is located in the heart of the town of Lake Lure, minutes away from Chimney Rock Village/State Park, 30-40 mins from Asheville with the historical Biltmore Home. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make lasting memories on the perfect vacation getaway!

** Please note the Town of Lake Lure has lowered the Lake 12 feet to work on the dam and will start refilling it on March 31st. There currently isn't any water by the doc.

Quiet and private. Lots of balcony space! Listed as sleeping up to 8 but one of the beds is a double sleeper sofa in the loft so a bit tight. But for 7 was fine. Kitchen well equipt other than we were looking for inside and outside brooms but could not find either. Might be a good addition...especially for the outside to sweep leaves from the decks or dock area

Fantastic location just 5~10 minutes to Chimney Rock village for hikes, stores, and good restaurants. House is great, but outside areas were a bit too grimy for relaxing, especially down by the lake dock access. Its located on an inlet armpit so the water was pretty low and dirty; not ideal for jumping in the lake.

Nice house but wasn't cleaned very well before we got there. Which had us question the cleaning fee charged. Floors were dusty, dead bugs, musty smell in sleeping areas, water dripping sound in master bedroom that kept us up, stained couches, carpet needs shampooing, outdoor furniture needs replaced instead of adding backing under cushions. Exterior stairs need pressure washed and some slip coating applied. My wife slipped and fell while holding onto railing. Sure signs are posted warning of slippery when wet but more needs to be done. Found out this morning that she has a fractured foot. Dock Wasn't cleaned, furniture dirty and moldy, 4 kayaks with 3 paddles, 2 life jackets and 2021 registration stickers. Spider webs all over boathouse and stairs leading from house to dock. Trees overgrown over stairs. Stairs should be pressure washed to eliminate possible slip and falls. Requested to rent pontoon boat at a certain time and they didnt or couldnt get it there as requested. Property managers were called several times about hot tub not being cleaned or sanitized, so this made it unusable to us and was a factor in decision to stay there. No t.v. due to satellite and no cell phone service, which also hindered fast contact with managers. Will not stay here again. Daughter didn't enjoy her 30th birthday due to all of the above items. We weren't even offered any refunds due to hot tub not being usable or for lack of quicker response. We have photos of items listed.
