About this apartment rental
Check out this cute, cozy, condo in the heart of Dewey Beach, close to the beach, bay, and all of Dewey's favorite hotspots. You'll be within walking distance to the Starboard, Bottle and Cork, Woody's, and don't forget to stop at the new Grotto Pizza, or for delicious ice cream at Vanderwende's.
The master offers a king bed with private bath and the sofa bed provides additional sleeping for 2. There's also plenty of space in the living room if you would prefer to bring an air mattress. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen is a great place to spread out and enjoy family and friends. The second full bath is located off of the living room. This building has an elevator, private parking for 2 cars, and use of an awesome private community pool which comes with the reservation. (newly renovated 2024)

The condo was clean, well furnished and overall very nice. The host left very good instructions and communicated well before our arrival. Would recommend staying in this condo.

Very Neat and clean with comfortable bed, furniture etc… Nice pool and easy access with the elevator. Grill in pool area worked well. I would recommend this unit to friends and family.
