The location was very good, as the hotel is a short walk from the Carrer de Cala Estància bus stop (which is itself only five minutes on the bus from Palma Airport; catch the A2 bus with S'Arenal on the front). The hotel is also only a few steps from the beach. Staff at reception and at breakfast were friendly and polite. While the bedroom itself was compact in size, there were wardrobes, a TV and a very nice en suite bathroom with modern tiling and scrupulously clean. Breakfast provided an extensive buffet choice of food and drink. The highlight was the bedroom's balcony - with two chairs and a little table - overlooking the bay, the boats and the palm trees. For a one night pit stop, this hotel was exceptional.

The bedroom was small, so I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for a week. However, everything else about the hotel was excellent. I would not hesitate to return.

We ran into a few issues when we first checked in but the staff quickly addressed them. The location is great! It's next to some delicious restaurants and steps away from the beach.

The room wasn't very clean when we entered and didn't appear to be fully cleaned after housekeepers had visited the room the next day. We also don't carry cash and a cash deposit was required to check out beach towels. I don't understand why a credit card deposit could not be used.
