Hotel Las Arenas

I liked my room and the bed was comfy. The hotel is in a good location. The staff are great!

The evening buffet was a bit basic.

Most of the staff were wonderful/location/views and weather was great. Easy to walk to the beach/shops etc.

Staff used lifts and blocked them in the mornings and guests just had to wait. But not such a big issue

I liked the location and the pool Area

For the money you pay for this hotel you should have tea and coffee facilities in rooms no iron or ironing board catching a flight next morning and asked for a breakfast box even if it was a croissant an pronged juice etc would be something but don’t do anything you have to pay extra to lie on the cabanas around pool so they were all empty around pool area so no room for guests to lie down while these were vacant should be included in price then room for all guests lots of faults with this hotel

Location excellent for beach - close to airport and short taxi ride to Palma

Whilst I had coffee machine had to pay for coffee pods, safe charged at €3.50 per day most hotels 4star up the safe in the room is included - most things you’d normally get as standard seemed to have additional charges . Most staff seemed grumpy but there where a few that did smile and helpful
