Lovely room, lovely staff, lovely and huge variety of food, beautiful pool with plenty of room so no fighting for a lounger. Baskets of parasols from previous guests so you dont have to buy one if you get them early. Location was absolutely amazing. A short stroll to the bus stop, beach and a park and mercado in the other direction. Not rowdy at all. Perfect for families. You need to try their ice cream sundaes!

Entertainment could've stayed on for longer. 8.30pm to 10pm only.

Very little! I would suggest more names over the dishes to determine what they are.eg....several Fish salads but nothing to indicate what's in them. Same with the Hot starters.

Room and the area overall look clean

Firstly, there is no kettle in the room. I had planned to take some supplements that require warm water, but I’ve had to stop for a week because I have no way of accessing it. Additionally, I was informed that guests are not allowed to take any food or drinks from the dining area. For example, I had a cookie from breakfast that I didn’t finish and wanted to take with me to avoid wasting it, but I was told very strictly that this was not permitted. I also found the policy at the swimming pool area quite frustrating, as outside snacks are not allowed and guests are expected to purchase food only from the bar. These restrictions have made my stay less comfortable than expected. I would appreciate it if you could clarify these policies or consider more flexible options for guests.
