My husband and I planned a last minute weekend trip to Cozumel, and Tom and his crew were able to accomodate us with fast and clear communication, and were extremely hospitable/went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We stayed in a standard room the first night and a mini suite the second night, and both were exceptionally clean, newly renovated, beautiful, and comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served in a beautiful courtyard with delicious food and coffee! (also a lovely bakery/coffee shop right next door) Oscar and Tom were so friendly and kind, and they gave recommendations and assisted us in an amazing day trip to one of the nearby beaches with food recs as well. Very fun location with lots of available taxis. Walkable to some smaller beaches and ~30 min drive to some bigger resort style beaches. Highly recommend anyone stay here for their trip, as the management and hospitality are unmatched.

Overall location would be the top reason I would stay here again cause of it's close proximity to waterfront and short walks to some delicious restaurants.
The facilities itself needs improvement if you looking to have a comfy stay. AC unit may not work, pillow sheets can be smelly, and shower water is mostly warm. Not sure if it was just my room but that's what I experienced.
