About this house rental
This house is fully furnished. Two stories, two bedrooms upstairs (queen size) and one bedroom downstairs ( king size). Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and kitchen tools. The terraza is back and there is a pool. Laundry room is available. Parking area. Hot water. Wifi available in the whole house. Dinning table for 6.

Property was pretty much as expected. Had no issues with the internet. House was well stocked for our needs. We did have a bit of an issue locating the property as there was no number signage on the house. We also did not get the house # thru VRBO, only a description to enter from 2 adjoining streets.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool and backyard were great! Had a few issues but owner responded. It also helped that my friend spoke Spanish.

Nice location, we walked down to Centro a few times. Nice neighborhood too, of course there are dogs and roosters making noise but we like staying the residential area.
The house was clean and comfortable and had ac. We had a little trouble with one unit and the host fixed it immediately! I do not speak Spanish so we communicated through the VRBO messages. The pool guy stopped every morning to clean and add water. Loved watching the iguanas and birds in the pool area.
No concerns at this house!
