Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a 3D Smart TV, Blue-Ray, and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and lawned gardens with a patio and furniture. Fuel, power,bed linen and towels are included in the rent, but sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.6 miles. Please note, check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am, and the parking is approx. 30 steps away from the property . Wisteria is a magical cottage for a romantic getaway.

Ambleside and Lake Winderemere are 5 miles away and have shops, pubs, restaurants, and the 17th-century Bridge House, one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District. Lake Windermere offers cruises, boat trips, and watersports. Windermere and Keswick are nearby. Grasmere makes a great Lake District base.
